Manufacturer Warranties
Many of the products we supply, such as plants, furniture, lighting, and hardscaping materials, come with manufacturer warranties. These warranties vary by product and brand, covering aspects such as:

How to Claim a Manufacturer Warranty:
- Each manufacturer sets its own terms for warranties. If you experience an issue with a product, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty information included with your purchase.

Our Garden Sense Guarantee
As a garden design and project management company, we stand behind the quality of our work. While we do not manufacture the products we supply, we offer the following guarantees for our services:
1. Workmanship Guarantee
We guarantee that our design, installation, and project management services will be carried out to a professional standard. If any issues arise due to errors in our workmanship, we will address them within 3 months of project completion.
2. Supplier Support
- If any product supplied by us is found to be faulty upon delivery, we will assist in resolving the issue with the manufacturer or supplier.
- We will act as an intermediary where necessary to ensure any valid warranty claims are processed smoothly.
3. Plant Guarantee (if applicable)
If we supply and install plants, we offer a 2-month establishment guarantee on selected plants, provided they have been correctly maintained and watered as per our aftercare guidelines.
4. Design Satisfaction Guarantee
- We work closely with you throughout the design process to ensure your vision is met.
- Any concerns about the design layout, material choices, or plant selection should be raised before project completion to allow for adjustments.
Exclusions
While we aim to provide the best possible service, some factors are outside our control. Our guarantee does not cover:
❌ General wear and tear or natural aging of materials
❌ Damage due to improper use, lack of maintenance, or external factors (e.g., extreme weather conditions)
❌ Changes in plant health due to factors beyond our control (e.g., pests, disease, inadequate care)
❌ Faults in third-party products covered by the manufacturer's warranty
How to Make a Warranty or Guarantee Claim
If you experience an issue related to our services or a product supplied by Garden Sense, please follow these steps:
