2. Dedicated Delivery Vehicles: To cater to specific requirements and ensure personalised service, we offer dedicated delivery vehicles for nationwide deliveries. Our expert drivers will bring your products directly to your address, providing kerbside deliveries for your convenience.
3. Under 30kg: Any items under 30kg will be shipped out via FedEx on a 2-3 Day Service. This service costs £10 + VAT

The Genoa Outdoor Fabric 4 Seat Square Dining Set - Light Grey has been designed to create a unique fabric which is highly stain and water repellent. Unlike other garden furniture, you will no longer have to worry about messy guests or sudden downpours your washing may still get wet but there will be no need to rush and bring your furniture cushions inside.
Nova has developed water repellent and stain resistant garden furniture that is not only mess-free and stylish but also highly comfortable. The material is fade resistant, mould and mildew proof, UV resistant and highly cleanable.
This furniture is made with aluminium frames to prevent rust and a quick dry foam which helps water to run right through and out of the fabric, helping the sofas to remain dry and usable, even after rainy spells. The durable performance fabric is perfect for all-year use.
Should liquid spillages occur the fabric can be cleaned immediately with tap water or soapy water. For tougher more stubborn stains such as chocolate, ketchup or fruit juices you can clean immediately with a solution of:
150ml of bleach
40ml of mild soap
2 litres of water
Apply the solution on the fabric and clean with a soft-bristle brush. Allow the mixture to soak into the fabric for up to 15 minutes then rinse thoroughly until all soap residue is removed. Then simply allow to air dry and you will never know the mess was there!
Although the water and stain resistant features are set to last for years, should you notice your set becoming less resistant to spillages and sporadic weather conditions we are happy to recommend 303 Products Fabric Guard High Tech Water Repellent Protectant.

The dining table offers plenty of space for al fresco dining and is topped with tempered glass which is extra strong as well as easy-to-clean, making it perfect for dinner parties. This dining table has a parasol hole built-in which allows you to add protective shade to your dining area with the addition of a parasol. This great parasol hole can fit parasols with 58mm, 48mm and 38mm poles as it has an aluminium ring spacer which can be removed in stages to suit the size of your parasol pole or removed entirely to fit 58mm poles. There is also a parasol hole cap included which closes off the parasol hole completely to allow full use of the dining space. Plus, this table is topped with 8mm glass which makes it easy to clean and very practical.

This may mean that the porcelain you receive when ordered may differ from the samples or showroom displays viewed before purchasing.
Different sizes are manufactured in different batches. It is therefore not recommended to mix sizes.
If you feel this may be a concern for you, please contact our sales team who will be happy to advise you accordingly.
We recommend keeping a record of the 'batch colour code' of the delivered porcelain in case further stock is required. This can be found on the box that the porcelain is packaged in, and it is usually a number followed by a letter, or a six digit number.
Natural Stone and Porcelain are premium products and we strongly recommend that installation is carried out by an experienced professional.

14-Day Return Period
You may return your item(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Restocking Charge
All returns within the 14-day period are subject to a restocking charge of 25%. This charge is deducted from the refund amount. We believe this policy helps us maintain competitive pricing while still offering flexibility to our customers.
Cost of Collection
Please be aware that the cost of collection for returned items is the responsibility of the customer/contractor. We will arrange for the collection of the item(s) from your specified address, and the collection fee will be deducted from your refund.
