For deliveries beyond our local area, we extend our reach through two distinct methods:
1. Pallet Network: Utilising trusted pallet networks, we guarantee efficient transportation of your orders to destinations across the nation. With this service, your items are securely palletised and transported to your location, ready for easy unloading upon arrival. This is charged at £65 + VAT on a 2-3 day service.
2. Dedicated Delivery Vehicles: To cater to specific requirements and ensure personalised service, we offer dedicated delivery vehicles for nationwide deliveries. Our expert drivers will bring your products directly to your address, providing kerbside deliveries for your convenience.
3. Under 30kg: Any items under 30kg will be shipped out via FedEx on a 2-3 Day Service. This service costs £10 + VAT
Kerbside Deliveries
Please note that for both local and nationwide deliveries, we conduct kerbside deliveries. This means your items will be delivered to the nearest accessible point outside your property, ensuring ease of access and efficient unloading.

The Arlo Outdoor Fabric Chaise Sofa Set has been designed with the busy household in mind. Thanks to the fuss-free outdoor fabric the Arlo requires minimum effort for maximum satisfaction.
Bring the comfort of an indoor fabric sofa, and take it to your garden this season. No need to panic about it getting wet or dirty, as the outdoor fabric has been designed to tackle the British weather. Unlike other garden furniture, you will no longer have to worry about messy guests or sudden downpours. Yes, your washing may still get wet but there's no need to worry about your garden set.
Underneath the fabric, you'll find a sturdy aluminium frame, used because of its rust-proof properties. The cushions of the Arlo set are integrated into the sofa frame itself, for a seamless and quality-like finish. Plus, we use super comfortable quick-drying foam, allowing heavy rain to seamlessly run through the fabric and out the other side.
Bring around your messy guests (the ones you wouldn't dare on your cream carpets) and enjoy lounging on Arlo without worry. Should spills happen, simply clean the fabric with warm soapy water. If you see ketchup fall from a hotdog onto the sofa, don't panic! Clean with a solution of 150ml of bleach, 40ml of mild soap, and 2L of water using a soft-bristle brush and leave for 15 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.
The Arlo comes in two parts, the right-hand sofa and the left chaise section, which stay together using a connector under the furniture.

Porcelain is manufactured in batches and therefore the colour and texture may vary from batch to batch.
This may mean that the porcelain you receive when ordered may differ from the samples or showroom displays viewed before purchasing.
Different sizes are manufactured in different batches. It is therefore not recommended to mix sizes.
If you feel this may be a concern for you, please contact our sales team who will be happy to advise you accordingly.
We recommend keeping a record of the 'batch colour code' of the delivered porcelain in case further stock is required. This can be found on the box that the porcelain is packaged in, and it is usually a number followed by a letter, or a six digit number.
Natural Stone and Porcelain are premium products and we strongly recommend that installation is carried out by an experienced professional.

14-Day Return Period
You may return your item(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Restocking Charge
All returns within the 14-day period are subject to a restocking charge of 25%. This charge is deducted from the refund amount. We believe this policy helps us maintain competitive pricing while still offering flexibility to our customers.
Cost of Collection
Please be aware that the cost of collection for returned items is the responsibility of the customer/contractor. We will arrange for the collection of the item(s) from your specified address, and the collection fee will be deducted from your refund.
