Nationwide Delivery Options
For deliveries beyond our local area, we extend our reach through two distinct methods:
1. Pallet Network: Utilising trusted pallet networks, we guarantee efficient transportation of your orders to destinations across the nation. With this service, your items are securely palletised and transported to your location, ready for easy unloading upon arrival. This is charged at £65 + VAT on a 2-3 day service.
2. Dedicated Delivery Vehicles: To cater to specific requirements and ensure personalised service, we offer dedicated delivery vehicles for nationwide deliveries. Our expert drivers will bring your products directly to your address, providing kerbside deliveries for your convenience.
3. Under 30kg: Any items under 30kg will be shipped out via FedEx on a 2-3 Day Service. This service costs £10 + VAT
Kerbside Deliveries
Please note that for both local and nationwide deliveries, we conduct kerbside deliveries. This means your items will be delivered to the nearest accessible point outside your property, ensuring ease of access and efficient unloading.

The Oyster 8 Seat Round Dining Set comes with a 7 year guarantee to give peace of mind for years to come. Manufactured using 100% aluminium frames ensures that rust will not occur at any time even during damp conditions.
The 8 Oyster dining chairs are high backed and supportive, with unique armrests for additional comfort. Seat and back cushions are included with every dining chair and only high quality foam and fibre fillings are used in these cushions. All seat cushions are zipped to allow for machine washing at 40 degrees Celsius, back cushions are dry clean only. Whilst the cushion covers are machine washable, the cushions are not weatherproof and we do recommend storing them inside when not in use.
All Nova Oyster products are manufactured using exclusive Duracore Rattan which has been specially designed to withstand all weather conditions including rain, snow, sun and frost. This set can be left outside all year round and only requires warm soapy water or a light jet wash to clean.
The 1.8m round dining table is topped with 8mm tempered safety glass which offers extra protection and is also easy to clean, ideal for entertaining. This dining table also has a parasol hole built-in which allows you to add protective shade to your dining area with the addition of a parasol. This great parasol hole can fit parasols with 58mm, 48mm and 38mm poles as it has an aluminium ring spacer which can be removed in stages to suit the size of your parasol pole or removed entirely to fit 58mm poles. There is also a parasol hole cap included which closes off the parasol hole completely to allow full use of the dining space.

Porcelain is manufactured in batches and therefore the colour and texture may vary from batch to batch.
This may mean that the porcelain you receive when ordered may differ from the samples or showroom displays viewed before purchasing.
Different sizes are manufactured in different batches. It is therefore not recommended to mix sizes.
If you feel this may be a concern for you, please contact our sales team who will be happy to advise you accordingly.
We recommend keeping a record of the 'batch colour code' of the delivered porcelain in case further stock is required. This can be found on the box that the porcelain is packaged in, and it is usually a number followed by a letter, or a six digit number.
Natural Stone and Porcelain are premium products and we strongly recommend that installation is carried out by an experienced professional.

14-Day Return Period
You may return your item(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Restocking Charge
All returns within the 14-day period are subject to a restocking charge of 25%. This charge is deducted from the refund amount. We believe this policy helps us maintain competitive pricing while still offering flexibility to our customers.
Cost of Collection
Please be aware that the cost of collection for returned items is the responsibility of the customer/contractor. We will arrange for the collection of the item(s) from your specified address, and the collection fee will be deducted from your refund.
